JULIENNE SALAD:  Romaine topped with turkey, ham, black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, red cabbage, carrots and cheddar cheese.
PITTSBURGH CHICKEN SALAD:  Our neighbor's original salad. Grilled chicken, hush puppy potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, red cabbage and cucumbers topped with Rivera dressing.
TACO SALAD:  Served in a fresh made sun-dried tomato tortilla bowl. With chili, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, tortilla chips and cheddar cheese, hot peppers are extra.
TOMATO, CUCUMBER & GORGONZOLA:  Over crisp romaine lettuce - topped with balsamic dressing.
TUNA SALAD:  Our large chef salad with tuna.
CAJUN CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD:  Cajun seasoned grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, feta cheese and Caesar dressing.
